Juniper Networks Participates at BroadBandPlus Conference - The New Western Show
Company Demonstrates First Models for Personalized IP Service Delivery to Business and Residential Customers

What: Juniper Networks is participating in the 10th annual CableNET innovative technology demonstration with the first solution designed to show cable operators how to deliver personalized services to end users and how to bill for these services to produce increased revenue per subscriber. The solution leverages Juniper Networks SDX-300 Service Deployment System and the G-series CMTS to enable individual users to select, activate, and upgrade PacketCable-based multimedia services without a customer service telephone call. This individual session awareness enables cable operators to minimize operational costs and maximize revenues by delivering the services users desire. This solution also enables cable operators to take control of their networks through dynamically changing per flow rate limiting and Quality of Service (QoS), transforming the challenges of new traffic profiles, such as those produced by online gaming consoles and peer-to-peer applications, into services offerings that can increase revenues while improving customer satisfaction and retention.
In addition to participation in the CableNET demonstration, Juniper Networks will be exhibiting in Booth#3036 where it will demonstrate layered services delivery over PacketCable-based network architectures. Juniper Networks cable solutions provide the capability to deploy new revenue generating services while protecting the integrity of existing services. The demonstrations will highlight Juniper Networks IP/MPLS architectures and solutions for business services, PacketCable VoIP, and security. The company will also showcase the advanced performance of the G10 CMTS and the recently released G1 CMTS.
