Juniper Networks, Inc. Public Offering Declared Effective
Mountain View, CA - September 30, 1999 — Juniper Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq:JNPR), a leading provider of next-generation Internet infrastructure systems, today announced that its public offering was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission for the sale of 5,000,000 shares, excluding the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters, of Juniper Networks common stock. Of the shares being offered, the Company will offer 1,500,000 shares and certain stockholders of the Company will offer 3,500,000. The Company expects the shares will be delivered to the underwriters on October 5, 1999. The offering was managed by Goldman, Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse First Boston, BancBoston Robertson Stephens, Dain Rauscher Wessels, a division of Dain Rauscher Incorporated, SG Cowen Securities Corporation and Warburg Dillon Read LLC.
