Mitchell Gaynor

Mitchell Gaynor is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Juniper Networks. Mr. Gaynor is responsible for Juniper's legal matters worldwide, as well as all of Juniper's public policy, trade compliance, stock administration, environmental, safety and security functions.

Prior to joining Juniper Networks, Mr. Gaynor was Vice President and General Counsel of Sybase, Inc., an enterprise and mobility software provider, and was Vice President and General Counsel of Portal Software, Inc., a leader in Internet billing and customer management systems. In private practice, he was a lawyer with the firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in San Francisco and Palo Alto, California. Mr. Gaynor is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the University of California's Hastings College of the Law.
