Mr. Johnson is a member of the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC), to which all members are appointed personally by the President of the United States of America. |

Robyn Denholm is responsible for the company's finance, planning, real estate, information technology, business process re-engineering, field operations, investor relations and internal audit functions. She also oversees the company's operational excellence programs, partnering with the executive team to ensure a uniform, efficient and scalable infrastructure for all of Juniper Networks. |
