Finance Graduates

During the initial stages of our two-year program, you will shadow our finance managers and attend on-the-job training in key aspects of tax and accounting, order management, sales achievement and commissions, financial analysis and reporting.

To be successful in this program, you must have achieved or be on track for a minimum of a 2.1 degree or EU equivalent, with a graduation date after May 2007 but prior to September 2009. We are looking for graduates educated to degree level or above with knowledge of accounting, banking, and finance. If you enjoy problem-solving and working in teams and you have strong people skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail, you'll thrive in our organization. We are looking for people who are goal-oriented and want to help drive our business forward!

Marketing Graduates

Making sure our products and solutions meet the needs of our customers is no small task. It involves big projects, substantial budgets, and complex marketing functions. All of this offers you the kind of exposure that is bound to give your career a great head start and room to make your mark.

As a member of the marketing team, graduates assist the corporate team in all aspects of marketing, including events, training days, programs, and campaigns. Part of your role will include aligning US collateral to the local market, and rolling out campaigns designed to promote our products and solutions. But it won’t stop there! You will also formulate strategies, create key value propositions, and undertake market studies and research aspects of the market.

To be successful in this program, you must have achieved or be on track for a minimum of a 2.1 degree or EU equivalent, with a graduation date after May 2007 but prior to September 2009. We are looking for graduates educated to degree level or above in a marketing or business degree. If you are driven, energetic, and a self starter and have strong communication skills, think outside of the box, and enjoy working to deadlines while contributing to team objectives, you'll thrive in our organization.

Engineering Graduates

Juniper is an exciting and vibrant place to grow and learn. We are a place of choice for anyone wanting to break into the world of technology and high-performance networking. We are seeking gifted Engineering graduates who are eager to combine their technical abilities with the commercial side of Juniper to gain experience required for a successful technical career in this industry.

Your development is key to our success. You will be placed on rotation assignments over two years in the technical business units across EMEA, including the Juniper Technical Assistance Centre (JTAC), the Service Provider and Enterprise teams, and the Professional Services organization. Working alongside engineering peers you'll assist with the design and architecture of enterprise and service provider networks, and learn to qualify technical challenges and requirements in order to create solutions in competitive environments. You will develop relevant test plans to build a proof of concept, and act as part of the sales cycle. You will also gain experience acting as technical support in sales presentations, in a competitive and dynamic sales environment. Travel and meeting with customers face to face arel also part of the role.

To be successful into this program, you must have achieved or be on track for a minimum of a 2.1 degree or EU equivalent, with a graduation date after May 2007 but prior to September 2009. We are looking for graduates educated to degree level or above in Computer Science or Information Technology at a recognized university. If you enjoy learning new technologies, gaining technical certifications, writing technical material, and working towards challenging goals and deadlines and you have excellent communication skills and business acumen, you'll thrive in our organization. Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage, but not essential.

Sales Graduates

Juniper Networks is an exciting and vibrant place to grow and learn. We are a place of choice for anyone looking to break into the corporate world of sales.

As a Sales Graduate at Juniper, you will learn the skill needed to successfully develop business relationships with assigned customers in external channels. You will gain an ability to identify and deliver the terms of our customer agreements. After 18 to 24 months you will have developed into a role where generating new business and maximizing new opportunities will be central. You will also see plenty of opportunities to travel nationally and internationally to meet customers and partners.

To be successful into this program, you must have achieved or be on track for a minimum of a 2.1 degree or EU equivalent, with a graduation date after May 2007 but prior to September 2009. We are looking for graduates educated to degree level or above in a business or technical discipline. If you have negotiation skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for technology, you'll thrive in our organization. An understanding of the skills required to sell products and services is desired, but not essential.
