Liz Burns
Senior Program Manager, Certification Program

Liz Burns is the Sr. Program Manager for Juniper Networks Certification Program. She joined Juniper Networks in June, 2010. Liz has over fifteen years experience enhancing personnel performance through development, implementation and management of innovative professional certification programs.

Lawrence Rust
Program Manager, Communications & Operations, Certification Program

Lawrence is the Marketing Manager and self-proclaimed chief evangelist for Juniper Networks Education’s Training and Certification programs. He has worked extensively in the IT training industry with previous positions promoting the Compaq, HP, VERITAS, and Symantec training and certification programs and is an advocate for the value and impact that training and certifications bring to both the individual and broader organization.

Jan LaTourette
Marketing Manager, Education Services

Jan is the Juniper Networks Certification Program Communications and Operations Manager. Jan has been in this position since February 2010, and for three years prior; she was the Customer Service Senior Marketing Manager for Education and Professional Services. Prior to joining Juniper, LaTourette held various management/marketing positions at Verizon, Telcordia, Wellfleet/Bay Networks/Nortel, and Wang Laboratories. She holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Jan is an avid mountain biker, but can’t keep up with her two teenage sons!

Kieran Milne
Technical Training Developer

Kieran (JNCIE-M #380, JNCIS-ER, JNCIA-WX, JNCIA-EX, JNCIA-E, JNCI, CCNA, Nortel NCTS) is a training developer and technical trainer at Juniper Networks. With more than 10 years of experience in the networking industry, Kieran has taught all over the world. Before joining Juniper Networks, Kieran spent time at Nortel Networks and Alcatel. He is a co-author of Junos High Availability (O'Reilly), as well as the forthcoming book, Junos Fundamentals (O’Reilly).
