    Overview

    Junos Space Service Insight enables proactive network maintenance, maximizes uptime, and allows customers to manage their networks faster and more effectively through actionable network intelligence and automated impact analysis specific to the installation.

    End of Life/End of Support Impact Analysis

    Junos Space Service Insight provides targeted impact analysis for End-of-Life/End-of-Support notifications. When an EOL/EOS notification is generated, Junos Space Service Insight enables users to scan their network to assess which devices, and which modules within those devices, could be impacted, and describes the proposed replacement module for the EOL/EOS device.

    Product Bug Notification

    Junos Space Service Insight proactive bug notifications simplify the process of discovering which network devices are susceptible to a bug that has been identified on a device. Users are notified when Juniper finds a bug based on Juniper’s knowledge of the hardware and software configurations of devices in the customer network.

    It then compares configuration and health data it collects periodically from these network devices to expert systems at Juniper, and provides notifications of possible problems to which the network is susceptible.
