How to Enroll
Enrollment Information
To register for a course at one of the Juniper Networks Knowledge Centers,
select the date of the course series listed in the Current
Courses and Registration listing. Then select the registration status and supply contact information.
Juniper Networks will acknowledge receipt of your registration within three
business days. When we receive your tuition payment, we will confirm your seat
in the class. We accept credit cards, purchase orders, and checks.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, Juniper Networks will refund the full class tuition if the cancellation notice is received at least ten (10) business days prior to the class start date. Cancellations received within 10 business days of the start of the class (or exam date) are subject to a 50% penalty. Cancellations received within 5 business days of the start of the class (or exam date) are subject to a 100% penalty. If Juniper Networks needs to cancel a class, we will refund all payments. Juniper Networks is not responsible for the student's travel expenses, including airline, hotel, and rental car costs.

Payment Procedure
Juniper Networks now accepts credit card payments online for technical education courses. Send purchase order information or a check to the the applicable address below.
