1. Where are the Juniper Networks Training Centers located?

2. Can courses be taught at my site?

Courses can be taught at your site. To arrange such a course, please contact your Juniper Networks account manager. If you cannot identify your account manager, send a request to training-internal@juniper.net.

3. How do I enroll in a course?

For course schedules and enrollment information for courses available at a Juniper Networks training facility, go to http://www.juniper.net/training/technical_education/. For training from a Juniper Networks Authorized Education Center (JNAEC) training partner, you must register directly with the JNAEC.

4. Are there prerequisites for the Juniper Networks courses?

Some of the courses do have prerequisites. For information about a course's prerequisites, go to http://www.juniper.net/training/technical_education/ and click the course title to bring you to the course description of the course you are interested in attending. The course description includes many important pieces of information, including the prerequisites for the course.

5. I recently completed a Juniper Networks course and have not yet received my course completion certificate. When will it arrive?

To receive a course completion certificate after attending a class at a Juniper Networks training center, you must first fill out an online course evaluation. If you already completed your online survey, we are likely processing it. If you do not receive your certificate within three weeks after completing the survey, please send an e-mail to the regional training registrar at training-req@juniper.net. If you took a Juniper Networks course from a Juniper Networks Authorized Education Center (JNAEC), please contact the JNAEC directly for your class certificate.

6. The training course instructor said I would receive an e-mail pointer to the online course evaluation and I have not received it yet. What should I do?

Please allow two weeks after completing a class taken at a Juniper Networks training facility to receive the e-mail. If you still do not receive the e-mail, send an e-mail to training-req@juniper.net. Include the course title, location, and dates you attended the training. If you took the course from a Juniper Networks Authorized Education Center (JNAEC), you should have completed an evaluation at the end of the class. If you were not asked to complete an evaluation, please contact the JNAEC.

11. Are there penalties if I cancel a class for which I have registered for?

Cancellations received within 10 business days of the start of the class are subject to a 50% penalty. Cancellations received within 5 business days of the start of the class are subject to a 100% penalty.
