Course Overview

The course is an intermediate-level, instructor-led course that focuses on the operation and troubleshooting of Juniper Networks M-series and T-series platforms. This course exposes attendees to fault-analysis procedures and troubleshooting techniques similar to those used by engineers in the Juniper Networks Technical Assistance Center (JTAC) to enable rapid problem determination and resolution.

Prerequisites

The OTJNR prerequisites are the following:

  • TCP/IP basics

While not required, familiarity with the command-line interface of a routing platform or UNIX system is helpful.
