Starting, Stopping, and Restarting Sun ONE Directory Server

Use the commands in this section to start, stop, and restart activities with Sun ONE Directory Server.

• To start Sun ONE Directory Server:

cd /opt/UMC/conf/iDS

./ldap start

• To stop Sun ONE Directory Server:

cd /opt/UMC/conf/iDS

./ldap stop

• To restart Sun ONE Directory Server:

cd /opt/UMC/conf/iDS

./ldap restart
