Monitor—Status—View Status Records Dialog Box
Description
Use the View Status Records dialog box to display the status of all operations. The status table lists the operation run results by operation name, operation type, device name, username, run status, run start time, last updated time, status message, and actions (an option shown only before the Show Task link is selected, otherwise a Back to status page button appears).

View Status Recordstable—The table lists the operation run status in the following columns:
Operation Namecolumn—The name of the saved operation that was run.Operation Typecolumn—The type of operation: archive, restore, or inventory scan.Device Namecolumn—Name of the device DNS name or IP address upon which the operation will run.Usercolumn—Name of the user who has either run or scheduled the operationStatuscolumn—Status of the operation, including:
Pending—The operation has been created and queued but has not started executing.Working—The operation is currently executing.Waiting—The operation has executed but is waiting for its children to complete.Aborted—The operation did not run and will not run because of the result of a previous operation.Success—The operation completed successfully.Warning—The operation has completed, but with a warning. A warning typically does not affect the execution of other related operations.Error—The operation has completed, but with an error. Typically, related operations will be aborted.Shutdown—The operation did not run because the system was shutdown.
Start Timecolumn—Time since the operation started executing.
Last Updated Timecolumn—Time the operation was last updated.
