Restoring an Archived Configuration File
This chapter describes how to restore a configuration file to the same router from which you archived it.
The restore operation uploads a configuration file from the JUNOScope software Concurrent Versions System (CVS) repository, where versions of router configuration files are stored, to the router from which it was archived. The configuration file is committed and overrides the active configuration file currently running on the router.
You must have superuser or read-write permission to restore an archived configuration file.
