Upgrading from AIM 1.0 to AIM 1.2R2

Upgrading from AIM 1.0 to 1.2R2 is not supported. You must uninstall AIM 1.0 and then install AIM 1.2R2.

Follow these steps:

1. Stop and uninstall AIM 1.0. See Uninstalling the AIM Application.
2. Install AIM 1.2R2. See Installing the Advanced Insight Manager Application.
