Packet Gateway
The packet gateway feature on the router provides Interconnect-BGF
transport services for VoIP sessions. The packet gateway feature consists
of:
- VPGs
- pgcpd process
- MultiServices PIC that controls voice traffic based on
instructions it receives from the VPG.
