To enable BGP on the router, perform the following tasks:

• Specifying the Local Router's AS Number (required)
• Defining an AS Confederation and Its Members (optional)
• Assigning a BGP Identifier (optional)
• Defining BGP Global Properties (optional)
• Defining BGP Groups and Peers (required)
