Description
Display media-specific information about all configured network interfaces.
Options
The
mediakeyword can also be entered following theinterfaceinterface-namecommand and can be used with other keywords or arguments.Additional Information
Output from both the
show interfacesinterface-namedetailand theshow interfacesinterface-nameextensivecommands includes all the information displayed in the output from theshow interfaces mediacommand.Required Privilege Level

The output from the
show interfaces mediacommand includes fields that display interface media-specific information. These fields are also included in theshow interfacesinterface-namecommand for each particular interface type, and the information provided in the fields is unique to each interface type.
