Configuring Adaptive Services Interfaces
You can configure basic properties of the adaptive services interface on a global level, including default values for system logging, timeout, and intrusion detection properties. To configure properties for the entire interface, include statements at the [
edit interfacesinterface-name] hierarchy level:[edit interfaces interface-name]unit logical-unit-number {clear-dont-fragment-bit;dial-options{l2tp-interface-idname;(dedicated | shared);}encapsulationtype;family inet {addressaddress{...}filter {groupfilter-group-number;input filter-name;output filter-name;}policer {inputpolicer-template-name;outputpolicer-template-name;}service {input {[ service-setservice-set-name<service-filterfilter-name> ];post-service-filterfilter-name;}output {[ service-setservice-set-name<service-filterfilter-name> ];}}}link-layer-overheadpercent;service-domain (inside | outside);}services-options {inactivity-timeoutseconds;open-timeoutseconds;syslog {hosthostname{facility-overridefacility-name;log-prefixprefix-number;servicespriority-level;}}}This chapter contains the following sections:
