Syntax

poll-interval seconds;

Hierarchy Level

[edit protocols (ospf | ospf3) area area-id interface interface-name],
[edit routing-instances routing-instance-name protocols (ospf | ospf3) area area-id interface
    interface-name]

Description

For nonbroadcast interfaces only, specify how often the router sends hello packets out of the interface before it establishes adjacency with a neighbor.

Options

seconds—Frequency at which to send hello packets.
Range: 1 through 255
Default: 120 seconds
