Clearing IPv6 Neighbors

To clear dynamic IPv6 neighbors, use the clear ipv6 neighbor command. Use the include-statics keyword clears both dynamic neighbors and static neighbors. Use the statics-only keyword clears only IPv6 static neighbors.
