About This Guide

This ERX Physical and Link Layers Configuration Guide provides the information you will need to configure interfaces and link layer protocols.

Note: If the information in the ERX Release Notes differs from the information in this guide, follow the ERX Release Notes.

Your ERX system is shipped with the latest system software installed. If you need to install a future release or reinstall the system software, refer to the procedures in the ERX Installation and User Guide, Appendix E, Installing ERX System Software.
