Overview of Verifying the State of a Routing Matrix

Purpose

To verify that you have successfully completed the integration procedure, verify that the state of the control planes, switching planes, and interfaces is correct.

Action

Note: Before you can issue the verification commands, you must be running the Junos OS Release 9.6R2 and later.

  1. Verify the state of the routing matrix control plane.

  2. Verify that the FPCs on the T1600 routers are detected and online.

  3. Verify the state of the routing matrix switching planes.

  4. Verify the state of the links in the routing matrix.
