Troubleshooting the TX Matrix Plus TXP-CBs

Problem

During normal operation, the blue OK LED on each TXP-CB is on steadily, indicating that the TXP-CB is functional.

The following indicate a problem with the TXP-CB:

  • The OK LED on the TXP-CB is off.
  • The FAIL LED on the TXP-CB is lit green when the host subsystem detects a fault.
  • An alarm indicates that a TXP-CB has been removed or failed.
