Verifying the TX Matrix Parts Received

The main shipment contains the TX Matrix chassis with installed components, and an accessory box. A packing list is included in each shipment. Check the parts in the shipment against the items on the packing list. The packing list specifies the part numbers and descriptions of each part in your order.

To verify that the TX Matrix parts have been received:

  1. Verify that all the parts in the main shipment (Table 1), which contains the TX Matrix chassis with installed components, have been received.
  2. Verify that all the parts in the accessory box (Table 2) have been received.
  3. If any part is missing, contact a customer service representative.
