Verifying TX Matrix Plus Router Parts Received

A packing list is included in each shipment. The packing list specifies the part numbers and descriptions of each part in your order.

To verify that you have received all parts:

  1. Verify that the items on the packing list are included in the parts in the main shipment (see Table 1).
  2. Verify that all parts for the four-post rack and open-frame rack (see Table 2 or Table 3) have been received.
  3. Verify that all parts for the cable managment system (see Table 4) have been received.
  4. Verify that all parts in the accessory box (see Table 5) have been received.
  5. Verify that all parts in the tool kit (see Table 6) have been received.
  6. If any part is missing, contact a customer service representative.
