Reinstalling Components into the JCS1200 Platform

Note: For detailed instructions on reinstalling JCS1200 components, see the installation procedure for each component.

To reinstall components:

  1. Attach an electrostatic discharge (ESD) grounding strap to your bare wrist, and connect the strap to one of the ESD points on the chassis.
  2. Slide each component into the chassis evenly so that it does not become stuck or damaged.
  3. Tighten screws, as needed, for each component.

Note: Make sure that all empty slots are covered with a blank panel before operating the JCS1200 platform.
