JCS1200 Power Module LEDs

Figure 1 shows the LEDs on each power module.

The LEDs on each power module indicate the condition of the power module and fan pack.

Note: The orientation of the power module that is shown in Figure 1 is for one of the top power modules. Modules in the bottom power module bays are rotated 180°.

Table 1 describes the functions of the LEDs on the power modules.

Input power

Green

On steadily

The input from the external power source connected to the power module is present and within specifications. During typical operation, both the input power and output power LEDs are lit.

Power module error

Yellow

On steadily

A power module failure has occurred, and the power module is not operating within specifications.

Fan error

Yellow

On steadily

A fan pack has failed and is not operating within specifications.

Output power

Green

On steadily

The output from the power module to the other components and Routing Engines is present and within specifications. During typical operation, both the input power and output power LEDs are lit.
