TX Matrix Plus Power System Description

The TX Matrix Plus router supports DC power only. The router has two load-sharing DC power supplies located at the lower rear of the chassis in slots PEM0 and PEM1 (left to right). The power supplies connect to the midplane, which distributes the different output voltages produced by the power supplies to the TX Matrix Plus components, depending on their voltage requirements.

There are no passive fuses in the TX Matrix Plus router that must be replaced.

The TX Matrix Plus router supports the seven-input 420-A power supply.
