A Quick Introduction to the Content Explorer User Interface

The Content Explorer application user interface (UI) is designed to provide a high-quality content experience. The application home page features three main areas of functionality: the Support and Technical Documentation navigation bar at the left of the page, the action bar at the top of the page, and the Content Explorer application menu on the main body of the page.

  • The action bar includes the Print, Share, and Feedback buttons.
  • The Content Explorer application menu is located below the action bar. See Working with Content Explorer for more information about its functionality.
  • The Support and Technical Documentation navigation bar provides links to the following Web pages: Juniper Networks Support home, Technical Documentation home, Content Explorer application, Enterprise MIBs, EOL Documentation, File Format Help, Glossary, and Portable Libraries.

Design

The menu titles are designed to help you easily navigate through the technical documentation content. Three sets of fields are used as the main navigators, which act as filters on the documentation content. Search results are displayed below these filters.

The navigators help you select:

  • A product family
  • A category of technical documentation content or all available PDFs across all categories of technical documentation
  • The software release

For more information about the filters, see the section titled Working with Content Explorer
