Specifies threshold values for specific interface
types on a slot or systemwide basis. The no version sets the threshold parameter to its default value (for rising,
90% of the maximum value of the resource; for falling, 1% of the maximum
value of the resource; for hold-down time, 300 seconds).
Caution:
Do not specify a falling value larger
than the specified rising value; do not specify a rising value smaller
than the specified falling value.
