Erases from NVS the type and configuration of the
previous IOA in the specified IOA bay, and allows you to configure
a new IOA. Issue this command before you install a different type
of IOA in an IOA bay. There is no no version.
Issuing this command reboots the line module associated
with the IOA, but it does not erase its configuration.
To erase the configuration of the line module and its associated
IOAs, issue the slot erasecommand.
