Specifies a cost metric for an OSPF remote-neighbor
interface. Used in the calculation of the SPF routing table. The no version restores the default value.

cost; a number in the range 1–65535; default value is 10 if
there is no route to the remote neighbor; otherwise, the default is
calculated based on the bandwidth of the physical interface used to
reach the remote neighbor and the OSPF auto-cost reference bandwidth
