Statement introduced in Junos OS Release 9.5.

Description

Configure ANCP to run in a mode that is not backward compatible with Internet draft-wadhwa-gsmp-l2control-configuration-00.txt, GSMP extensions for layer2 control (L2C). Include this statement when pre-ietf mode has been configured globally for ANCP, but you want one or more neighbors to run ANCP in the default mode.

Default

ANCP does not run in a backward-compatible mode.
