How to Register your Juniper Networks Firewall/IPSec VPN and RA-500 Products
To take advantage of your product warranty entitllments that will provide you with access to our JTAC and software updates and upgrades, please register your product by following these three simple steps.
Step 1 Login to our Customer Support Center (CSC) https://www.juniper.net/customers/csc/
Step 2 Select Register New Product Located under Product and Contract Management section
Step 3 Enter required information Provide your product serial number and Juniper Support Certificate number, if available. Your product is now registered.

To register for CSC web access, use the following link: http://www.juniper.net/entitlement/setupAccountInfo.do. You must provide a product serial number, that has not been registered, at time of your CSC account registration. The product serial number will automatically be registered as part of your CSC account registration.
