Description:
DeskPro is a commercially-available contact management software package. It is available for the Unix, Linux, and Microsoft Platforms.
A problem has been reported in the handling of input by DeskPro. Because of this, an attacker may be able to perform unauthorized activities.
The problem is a SQL injection issue. Specific technical details are limited. However, it is known that improper handling of input within a component of DeskPro may make it possible for a remote attacker to manipulate SQL statements in the context of the database privileges of the DeskPro software. Sources indicate that this problem exists in an unchecked GET integer parameter.
