Title: Horde Application Framework Account Hijacking Vulnerability
Severity: MODERATE
Description:
The Horde Application Framework is a series of web applications, implemented in PHP. Included in the framework is a mail transfer agent.
The Horde Application Framework is prone to a vulnerability that may allow remote attackers to hijack mail accounts. This can reportedly be exploited via a malicious link in an e-mail. When the link is visited, the software appears to leak a session ID to the site that is visited. An attacker could then use these credentials to access a user's Horde mail account.
This appears to be a problem with session fixation.
