Title: OneOrZero Helpdesk TUpdate.PHP SQL Injection Vulnerability

Severity: HIGH

Description:

The OneOrZero Helpdesk is a multi-platform web-based helpdesk package that is coded in PHP and uses mySQL for the backend database.

OneOrZero Helpdesk has been reported prone to an SQL injection vulnerability.

The issue is reported to exist in 'tupdate.php', which does not sufficiently sanitize user-supplied input before including it in SQL queries. This could permit remote attackers to pass malicious input to database queries, resulting in modification of query logic or other attacks.

Successful exploitation could result in compromise of the OneOrZero Helpdesk site integrity, disclosure or modification of data or may permit an attacker to exploit vulnerabilities in the underlying database implementation.
