Title: Linked Eggdrop IRC Bot Unauthorized Proxy Vulnerability

Description:
Eggdrop is an Open Source multi-platform IRC (Internet Relay Chat) robot, designed for IRC channel administration and maintenance.
It has been reported that Eggdrop IRC bot when linked to a botnet is vulnerable to an access validation error. This may in some cases (If the attacker has rights to add new bot records), allow unauthorized users to use any linked instance of a bot on the botnet as a proxy server.
If successfully exploited the attacker may use the bot to proxy into internal networks and exploit legacy or local weaknesses or to bypass various network security layers set in place (e.g. Firewalls or TCP wrappers).
This vulnerability was reported for Eggdrop version 1.6.10 previous versions might also be effected.
