Title: Sun Solaris System Panic Denial Of Service Vulnerability

Description:

A denial of service vulnerability has been reported for Sun Solaris systems. The vulnerability is due to a kernel panic that will result in the system crashing.

Reportedly, unprivileged local users may be able to cause the kernel to panic due to a NULL pointer dereference. This will result in the kernel, genunix, panicking and crashing. This will result in a denial of service.
