Description:
Weatimages is a PHP-based online photo album management tool.
The application is prone to an information-disclosure vulnerability. Specifically, the application fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input to the 'path' parameter of the 'index.php' script before using it to list directories.
This issue can be exploited to list the content of parent directories through directory traversal sequences, allowing attackers to gain access to potentially sensitive information on the vulnerable server; other attacks may also be possible.
Weatimages 1.7.2 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
