Title: ManageEngine OpManager 'overview.do' SQL Injection Vulnerability

Severity: HIGH

Description:

ManageEngine OpManager is an application for monitoring and managing networks. It is available for Windows and Linux.

The application is prone to an SQL-injection vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input before using it in an SQL query. Specifically, the application fails to sanitize data supplied to the 'requestType' parameter of the 'overview.do' script.

A successful exploit could allow an attacker to compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit vulnerabilities in the underlying database.

Affected Products:

  • ManageEngine OpManager 8.2
