Multiple Hitachi products are prone to a denial-of-service vulnerability. Specifically, the issue affects the Cosminexus XML Processor component and occurs when processing a SOAP message that contains crafted XML data.
Attackers can exploit this issue to terminate the affected applications, causing a denial-of-service condition.
