Panda develops antivirus products.
The applications are prone to a local privilege-escalation vulnerability because they install program files with 'Everyone:F' permissions.
A local attacker can exploit this issue to replace certain files and execute them with SYSTEM-level privileges, resulting in a complete compromise of the affected computer.

Panda Internet Security 2010
NOTE: This issue appears to be related to the vulnerability described by BID 19891 (Panda Platinum Internet Security 2006/2007 Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability).
