Title: Multiple Rising Products Insecure Program File Permissions Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability

Severity: HIGH

Description:

Rising Antivirus, Internet Security, and Personal Firewall are security products available for Microsoft Windows.

The applications are prone to a local privilege-escalation vulnerability because they install program files with 'Full Control' permissions.

A local attacker can exploit this issue to replace certain files and execute them with SYSTEM-level privileges, resulting in a complete compromise of the affected computer.
