Title: Cisco IOS SIP Message Denial of Service Vulnerability

Description:
Cisco IOS is prone to a denial-of-service vulnerability when the Cisco Unified Border Element feature is enabled. This issue occurs when handling specially crafted SIP messages.
An attacker can exploit this issue by submitting specially crafted SIP messages via TCP port 5060 or 5061 or via UDP port 5060.
The attacker can exploit this issue to cause the affected device to crash and reload, denying service to legitimate users.
