The following security issues have been identified:
1. An unspecified error occurs in certificate validation inside 'php_openssl_apply_verification_policy'.
2. An unspecified input-validation vulnerability affects the color index in 'imagecolortransparent()'.
3. An unspecified input-validation vulnerability affects 'exif' processing.
4. An unspecified issue is related to 'popen' and invalid modes.
