Title: 3Com Wireless 8760 Dual-Radio 11a/b/g PoE Web Administration Authentication Bypass Vulnerability

Severity: CRITICAL

Description:

The 3Com Wireless 8760 Dual-Radio 11a/b/g PoE is a Wi-Fi networking router.

The device is prone to an authentication-bypass vulnerability because of a lack of authentication when users access the web administration interface. Specifically, if a legitimate administrator has authenticated to the web interface, additional users are granted access to the interface without needing to authenticate.

Successful attacks will lead to a compromise of the vulnerable device, which may lead to further attacks.
