Description:
Aardvark Topsites PHP is an application for ranking websites.
The application is prone to a cross-site scripting vulnerability because it fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied input to the 'q' parameter of the 'index.php' script when the 'a' parameter is set to 'search'.
An attacker may leverage this issue to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site and to steal cookie-based authentication credentials.
Aardvark Topsites PHP 5.2.0 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
