Title: Microsoft Windows Print Spooler Remote Code Execution Vulnerability

Description:
Print Spooler is a service in Microsoft Windows that manages the printing process.
The Print Spooler service is prone to a remote code-execution vulnerability because it fails to validate the paths from which a DLL may be loaded.
Attackers can exploit this issue by storing a DLL file in a location available to the affected computer and then sending specially crafted RPC messages to the affected service.
Remote authenticated attackers can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM-level privileges, which can result in the complete compromise of affected computers.
NOTE: To exploit this issue, an attacker needs to be authenticated to the vulnerable system, but using the Guest account if enabled is also possible. The attacker also needs the 'Manage Printer' privilege. On Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008, the local user is automatically given this permission if they install a local printer, which can be done without administrative privileges if the printer driver is included by default.
