Description:

Quiz is a Drupal module for administering quizzes.

The application is prone to an HTML-injection vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input before using it in dynamically generated content. This issue affects unspecified fields related to quiz content. Note that to exploit this vulnerability, attackers must have permissions to create quizzes or questions.

Attacker-supplied HTML and script code would run in the context of the affected browser, potentially allowing the attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials or to control how the site is rendered to the user. Other attacks are also possible.

Versions prior to Quiz 6.x-2.2 and 6.x-3.0 are vulnerable.
